AI-generated content. Reports are produced in whole or in part using Altus Capital GmbH's proprietary AI Analysis Engine. Artificial intelligence systems can make errors, misclassify information, fail to detect important signals, and produce outputs that appear authoritative but are factually incorrect. Altus Capital GmbH does not warrant that any AI-generated output is accurate, complete, or free from error.

Unverified seller data. Reports incorporate data provided by or about the seller of a Target Asset. Altus Capital GmbH does not independently audit or confirm seller-submitted financial data, screenshots, spreadsheets, or statements. Where data is marked as EXTRACTED, STATED, ESTIMATED, or UNVERIFIED, it has not been independently confirmed. Altus Capital GmbH expressly disclaims all liability for inaccuracies, omissions, or fraud in seller-provided data.

Third-party data sources. Reports incorporate data from third-party sources including YouTube's Data API, Flippa, Empire Flippers, Acquire.com, and other platforms. Altus Capital GmbH does not control these sources and is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

Point-in-time analysis. Every Report reflects data available at the time of analysis. Metrics, revenue, platform policies, and market conditions change continuously. Altus Capital GmbH has no obligation to update any Report after delivery. A Report may be materially outdated within days of delivery.

A positive Dealytix assessment does not guarantee or imply that the acquisition will be profitable.

Platform dependency risk. Online businesses are subject to platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and monetisation policy changes by third parties (including Google, YouTube, and marketplace operators) that Altus Capital GmbH neither controls nor can predict. A Report cannot account for platform changes that occur after its date of delivery.

Seller misrepresentation risk. Sellers of online businesses may provide inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information. Dealytix Reports do not constitute a guarantee against seller fraud. You must conduct independent verification of all material financial claims before completing any acquisition.

Operational risk. The future performance of any acquired business depends substantially on your skills as an operator, your ability to maintain the production workflow, your management of platform relationships, and factors outside Altus Capital GmbH's knowledge or control. A Report cannot assess your personal suitability to operate any business.

7. No Liability for Investment Outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Swiss law, including Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, Altus Capital GmbH expressly disclaims all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature arising from or connected with:

— Any investment or acquisition decision made in reliance on a Dealytix Report, in whole or in part;
— Any loss of capital, revenue, profit, or business opportunity arising from or connected to the acquisition or non-acquisition of any Target Asset;
— Any inaccuracy, incompleteness, or error in a Report, whether resulting from AI limitations, unverified seller data, or any other cause;
— The failure of any Target Asset to perform as assessed in a Report following acquisition;
— Any fraud, misrepresentation, or material omission by the seller of a Target Asset;
— Changes in platform policies, algorithms, or market conditions after the date of a Report;
— Any reliance on any statement on dealytix.com or in any marketing material produced by Altus Capital GmbH.

Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Swiss law (including liability for gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit) or intentional wrongdoing (Absicht) under Art. 100 OR), it is limited to the amount paid for the specific Report giving rise to the claim.
